A full length Yin Yoga sequence for grounding during the Autumn equinox and the change in season. A practice to focus on the legs, hips and spine with a longer Savasana to include rotation of awareness. Finding the three principles of Yin Yoga;; Hold the pose, find stillness and find your edge in the posture. Please have a block and a strap nearby for this practice and choose modifications as you need through the practice.
