Yin Yoga to stimulate the Vagus nerve - to aid side body release and support digestion

A full length 70 min Yin yoga practice to bring awareness to the PNS (parasympathetic nervous system) and the Vagus Nerve for rest, repair and digest. We also tap in to the side body with lateral stretches, and twists to ease digestion.

Please have a block and a bolster available for this practice and make modifications as you need.
