A full length 75 min Yin Yoga sequence focusing on being kind to you; with back extensions, forward folds, deep hip and hamstring stretches to find release of tension and tightness in the joints and spine.

There is a lot of time spent on the knees in this practice, please pad out if you are on a hard surface and come off the knees if it becomes too painful at any time. Take modifications as you need through the practice and use blocks and a bolster to make postures accessible on the day.
