A full length 75 min Yin Yoga practice for the hips, legs and pelvis. To help release tightness and build up of tension from sitting down for too long in your day. Recognising the Full Moon and the feminine energies of the sacral region to unblock the prana and improve subtle energy flow around the body.

Please honour your range of motion and flexibility throughout taking modifications when offered and using props as you need. You will need a strap and bolster for this practice or a belt and thick pillow.
