Spring Clean Yin Yoga - for the Liver and Gallbladder meridians Free

Nurture, flourish and grow with this full length 75min Spring Clean Yin practice that will offer you flexibility to the joints, connective tissue and work with the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) meridian lines of the Liver and the Gall bladder.

The Gall Bladder lines run along the outside of the leg and the outer hip. From there they zigzag their way up the front and sides of the ribs to the shoulder and face. The Liver lines come along the inside of the ankle, along the inside of the leg, and through the groin before going inside the body toward the liver.The Liver and Gallbladder channels store blood, and maintain a healthy flow of Qi throughout the whole body, controlling the muscles and tendons.

A bolster, blocks and a strap are handy for this practice, but not necessary. Please respect your range of motion in these postures as we hold each for a number of minutes to find release through breath and finding your edge in the posture.
