A 75 min Yin Yoga sequence to challenge the mind & body; to find stillness in the posture and to work towards your edge. If a posture is challenging and outside your range of motion and movement, please find a modification that works for you that you can feel something and use your props to fill the space. A strap, bolster and blocks are handy.
