A 70min full length Yin Yoga practice to celebrate and recognise the Winter Solstice and to balance the Qi (prank, energy flow) within the body by working to balance the kidney and urinary meridian lines that may hold fear and worry.

A block and bolster may be handy should you need them for this practice. Please take modifications given in some of the seated postures.
