A full length 75min Yin Yoga sequence holding postures for 3 mins to bring joint mobilisation and release of tension to the spine, hips and legs, working with opposite sides of the body through nostril breathing.

Props would be helpful for the practice should you need them. Particularly a bolster, blocks and a strap.
