70min Yin and Restorative Yoga - 'half and half' sequence to let go of what you cannot control Free

This sequence is suitable for all levels of Yoga practitioner. A full length 70min 'half and half' sequence beginning with meditation, Yin yoga for the hips and spine, followed by Restorative yoga. Letting go of what you cannot control and find release from tension and daily worries.

It is helpful to have props for the restorative section including a bolster or thick pillow, blankets and 2 blocks. For the final relaxation you can use an eye pillow, blankets to keep warm and a bolster or cushions under the knees.
