A full length 70mins Yin Yoga sequence for the back body. To find relief and release of tight hamstrings, stiff lower back pain, tight hips if you sit down a lot all day.

You will need blocks and a belt for this practice and please don't try and overstretch in the postures, allow gravity to take you in to them comfortably and with ease. Please choose modifications for your range of motion and flexibility.
