A full length 75min Yin Yoga sequences to improve digestion and boost energy levels from introducing the Manipura chakra for focus on inner strength in the face of challenge and adversity.

Please do not eat at leat 2hrs before this practice as we work with twists and rotations in the side body and torso as well as deep folds and slight compressions of the abdomen.

Please have a strap and blocks handy for this practice if you need them, there can be some challenging postures in here and please make modifications using props to alleviate discomfort but the ability to find your edge as you sit in stillness.
