A 40min shorter Yin yoga sequences introducing the three key principles to Yin Yoga: hold the pose, find stillness and work towards an edge. This practice is suitable for all ages and all bodies, ensuring you use props to fill space and taking the postures as they come to you on the day. This practice is with my Dad, Roger, who is 87 and been practicing Yin Yoga once a week for 4 years.
