70min Yin Yoga for the whole body - from a beginners mind with an experienced body

A full length 70min sequence created to work from crown to toe of the whole body, Using props to explore how you can support yourself as needed in postures we go from top to bottom with a beginners approach to practice.

The sequence of postures in this practice have been taken from the Sivananda 12 Hatha Yoga sequence and adapted to the Yin variation.

Please have a strap and block/bolster/cushion available as needed.
