A full length 70min Yin Yoga sequence for Flexibility of the mind and body, to find calm after a long day, or to find release of tension in the spine, hips and legs.
Please have a strap/belt handy for the long leg holds, maybe a bolster and a blanket for the peak pose if you are on a hard floor.
Don't over stretch in these poses, allow gravity to take you there, rather than through effort and force.
