Tortoise and the Monkey Yoga Practice - for the hip and shoulder joints

A full length 70 min sequence beginning with warm ups for the hips and shoulders to be able to take us to the peak poses of splits (Hanumanasna/monkey) and Tortoise (Kurmasana).

Please have some blocks and a strap handy and take this practice as it comes to you on the day.
