A full length 70 min Hatha Yoga sequence for the feet and legs, To find balance in standing postures on one leg we build strength and flexibility in warm ups for the feet, ankles and legs. Please have a couple of blocks and a strap handy for this practice. Please make modifications throughout as you need.
