Hatha 'Wall' Yoga - find a space against the prop of a wall

A 70min full length Yoga practice using the wall as a prop for postures. Make sure you have enough space to stretch arms and legs out without fixtures and fittings to get in your way. Maybe have two mats one lengthways along the wall and one out in front of you, a bolster is handy, but not necessary.
