Belt up for Hatha Yoga - prop based practice using a strap for flexibility, strength & balance work

A full length 75 min Hatha Yoga sequence using a Yoga strap/belt as your prop to find further flexibility and strength from kneeling and standing balances. Please have a Yoga strap handy that has a D ring on and can be lengthened and shortened accordingly. If you do not have a Yoga belt then a household belt will work if long enough which does not stretch.

This practice requires you to intuitive and responsible through your own range of motion and flexibility to avoid over stretching and forcing yourself in to a posture, be guided by your breath. Use the practice for greater awareness of 'force' (push and pull) control of using an added piece of equipment on your mat.
