First Limb being The Yamas - the external disciplines or codes of conduct, we cover Ahimsa (non harming and kindness to ourselves as well as others) and Satya (honesty, authenticity and integrity in all we think, say and do) in this sequence of all body postures.
Using blocks as you need through the practice and having a block or cushion handy for the final posture of pontoon.
