A full length 50min Yoga sequence for the sides of the body. Targeting areas such as the spine in lateral stretches, inside thighs and groins, introducing rotation and twists as well as outer legs and hips.
Please have a bolster/block and a strap handy should you need them, but this practice can be done without any props at all.
The peak pose is tortoise and go as deep as your body allows at that point in the practice.
