Vinyasa Flow for the Side Body

A full length 75 min Vinyasa yoga sequence that works with releasing tension and tightness in the side body. Stretching the side of the legs, the sides of the waist and torso and building up to some peak postures to find your edge in strengthening holds.

Please have a few props available like blocks, blanket (to pad out knees) and a strap or bolster if needed.
