Uplifting Vinyasa Yoga Flow for the Upper Body

A full length Vinyasa Flow sequence for the upper body, heart and lungs. With grounding standing balances and work to release tightness and tension in the shoulders, upper back and chest this practice is also strengthening for the shoulder girdle and core. A strap and blocks could be handy to use and please know your limitation in practice as some of the postures could be quite challenging for some.
