Vinyasa Flow for leg, hip and shoulder flexibility - preparation for Bird of Paradise

A full length 75 min vinyasa flow sequence with sun salutations and standing postures for finding flexibility and opening in the shoulders, legs and hips to prepare for Bird of Paradise. This is an intermediate practice, but feel free to give it a go if you like a challenge.

Please have a strap ready to use and it's handy to have 2 blocks if you have them.

Please take modifications as you need and don't overstretch, bend the knee and elbows to find the resistance and biting points in postures.
