A full length 75 min hatha and vinyasa flow sequence for improving flexibility of the knee, hip and shoulder joints, to open tight areas of the key supporting joints of the skeletal system whilst working with the connective tissue and deeper larger muscles. A belt or strap that does not stretch is needed for this practice.
