An improver/intermediate full length 70 min Vinyasa Flow sequence using Prana flow and life force energy, to prepare the mind and body for Titibhasana, Baby Visvamitrasana and building to Visvamitrasana. This flow strengthens the legs, works the core, needs wrist and shoulder strength as well as opening the shoulder girdle, side body and chest.
