A full length 75min gentle, slow flow to open hips and spine, as well as find strength and flexibility in the feet and legs. Finding a sense of fluidity as we move through each posture and transition with breath and a sense of flow and release, just like water.

It is handy to have a block for the balance and to fill space as needed.
