A slow sacral flow for the water element and the sacral chakra. To alleviate lower back tightness and tension with full mobility of the spine through, rotations, folds, back extensions and lateral side stretches. This practice uses blocks as you need to, but a cushion or block is handy at the end of the practice.

Our peak balance pose is Chapasana, and you can hold on to a chair or wall to work with stability.
