Restorative Yoga with props - Nourishing, releasing and deeply relaxing

A 60 mins Restorative Yoga practice using bolsters, blankets and blocks. If you don't have a bolster please use a thick pillow and if you don't have blocks please use hardback books.

Please be in a warm, dimly lit, quiet room and allow your body and mind to be still throughout the practice as you restore and nourish your nervous system. Please make modifications if you suffer with injuries or are pregnant in some of the postures including laying on the back or belly.
