A full length 70min Restorative Yoga Sequence created to ease anxiety and depression and to support yourself with nourishment, calm and healing. This practice gives you the space for self-enquiry, but in the eyes of yourself without judgement and criticism. Allowing deep release and relaxation through the power of letting go.

Bolsters, pillows, cushions and blankets are necessary for this practice, in order to really feel held and supported in the postures. Blocks are handy to use for added height as well as a yoga belt at the end of practice.
