As a keen and past competitive swimmer, I know only too well how much other exercise can support and improve my swim technique and breathing...Yoga is a great one to improve flexibility, which offers stealth in the water! 

Let us all be a calm, streamlined, stealthy and flexible swimmer by practicing this 50min sequence to support swimmers at any level of their sport or any level in your yoga practice. A sequence suitable for anyone, even if you don't swim, who need shoulder, chest and upper back release, and further mobility in feet and ankles, as well as a  little time spent on their legs, spine and pelvis.

It may help to have a strap if needed for this practice and to honour the sensations in the body rather than the posture and what it looks like.
