Description

Matwork pilates with the use of props. This class can be attended within the studio. Matwork using balls, blocks and pilates bands.
The class promises to be a full body workout. Co-ordination, balance a concentration will allow you a gap in your day to connect back into your mind-body awareness to allow you to access your core stability with mindful movements.
Pilates has been proven to help menopausal issues building a stronger you.
