A change to the schedule for summer. A well-paced all-rounded practice that is simple but not easy. The class incorporates fluid and smooth movements, moving the body in sync with the breath. This vinyasa-based class will challenge you but you will be able to do it. Please note this is a heated class.
This class is accessible for beginners and experienced yogi's. A perfect challenge taking you through yoga foundations but also allowing progressive elements.
Each week is a little different in it's variations to allow adaptability and self -inquiry, challenging. The flow will lead you to a state of transformation & focus leading you into your own power.
