Sunday Soft Vinyasa to Yin

Our Sunday morning begins with breath flow progressing into vinyasa, allowing the movements to flow effortlessly with the breath. Merging our practice into the slower paced style of yin to target the connective tissues, poses are held for a longer period of time, in a supported way using blocks and bolsters. It's an ahhhhhh to the weekend.
