Step into a gentle space of stillness and breath, designed to restore your nervous system and reconnect you to yourself.
This 90-minute community retreat is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and be held — just as you are. Through guided mindfulness practices, breathwork, gentle movement, and extended meditation, we create space to exhale the noise of daily life and soften back into presence.
Whether you're new to meditation or seeking deeper inner calm, this session offers a safe, inclusive environment to regulate, reset and remember the wisdom of your body and breath.
Expect:
Grounding breath work to soothe the mind
Simple mindfulness techniques for everyday calm
Gentle movement to reconnect to the body
Guided meditation and silent rest

What to bring:
