Classes are taught based on themes with backgrounds rooted in either Traditional Chinese Medicine or around the seasonal cycles of the Celtic wheel or around the Myths & Philosophies of the Ancient Indian principles. Weaving in elements from various styles of yoga and other mixed movement practices these classes focus on strengthening, building stamina, stability and bringing balance to the body & mind. Through this powerful connection of body & mind, these classes can help lower stress levels, promote health, flexibility & strength, and a feeling of well-being.

Honoring individuals’ energetic levels at the end of the day the pace is slower than our Vinyasa class yet more energised than our yin & restorative classes. The more gentle and calming nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also great for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.

This class allows you to move the body and burn off excess energy so that you can wind down to a deeper state of relaxation as you prepare for your evening.

Beach yoga classes are for all levels offering options, variations and plenty of opportunities to rest throughout so whether you’re a complete beginner or a well practised yogi you are very welcome to join. It is a one hour class including a breathing practice or meditation followed by an all levels flow class often weaving in elements from various styles of yoga for a lovely class on a beautiful beach. You can bring your own yoga mat or towel to practice on and we have spare mats if you need one.
