Seated comfortably students will be offered a meditation bench or cushion to support the spine. Daily reading from our Nov.Dec.book; 'Meditations From the Mat' by Rolf Gates and community discussion on the reading. Short seated meditation practice- quiet, stillness, peace- better health.
