Yoga is so much more than just stretching and exercising. Being a Teenager isn’t always what it’s cracked up to be. From moral issues, social media challenges, to peer pressure and much more, teens face the same challenges as we do. When given the proper tools, our teens learn to deal with every day life challenges in a whole new way! This results in better focus, concentration and better judgment.

This class runs as a 12 week session over the course of 14 weeks (there will be no class on 11/24). Sessions allow students to develop a rapport with one another while simoteanously developing a routine yoga and mindfulness practice.

Focusing on balance and breathwork, children will explore their bodies by moving through asanas (yoga poses) with the encouragement of imagination and story telling. Children will learn healthy peer interaction, spacial awareness, a sense of self confidence and much more. Props, such as stuffed animals, parachutes and essential oils are used to enhance the experience. Students will have fun and leave feeling accomplished and relaxed.

This class runs as a 12 week session over the course of 14 weeks (there will be no class on 11/25). Sessions allow students to develop a rapport with one another while simoteanously developing a routine yoga and mindfulness practice.

Our children live in a hurry up world of school pressures, video games, businesses, competitive sports – the list goes on. We don’t really think of these as stressful influences on our children. Now is a great time to provide kids with tools they can use daily. This age group will focus on moving through various yoga asanas (poses) and stretching exercises to help kids improve strength, flexibility, movement integration and coordination. Breathing and visualization techniques will be utilized to increase relaxation and concentration, while learning methods of self-discipline and control. Kids will leave feeling energized, self confident and happy.

This class runs as a 12 week session over the course of 14 weeks (there will be no class on 11/25). Sessions allow students to develop a rapport with one another while simoteanously developing a routine yoga and mindfulness practice.

Babies can do yoga too? Yes! in fact, babies are natural Yogis! In this class, we'll focus on the important milestones for babies. We'll work on yoga poses to bond caregivers with babies, aid in digestion, brain development, crossing the midline and more. Appropriate for 6 weeks through new walkers.

A yoga flow will accompany each lesson for a fun filled series meant to unlock our creativity within. Yoga for Tweens is so much more than exercise. From shyness to independence to finding their voices, Tweens will also explore how to build confidence and self esteem. Yoga gives us tools to help focus, slow down and balance the good with the bad in a healthy way.

This special series will focus on moving through various joyful yoga asanas (poses) to help kids improve strength, flexibility, movement integration and coordination as we move into the winter months. Breathing and visualization techniques will be utilized to increase relaxation and concentration, while focusing on the joys that this time of year brings! Each week will be different and will include something for children to take home so their practice stays with them!

Yoga gives us tools to help focus, slow down and balance the good with the bad in a healthy way

This class runs as a 12 week session over the course of 13 weeks. There will be no class on 10/31 (Happy Halloween!). Sessions allow students to develop a rapport with one another while simoteanously developing a routine yoga and mindfulness practice.

This BOYoga Series is created specifically for boys to come to a judgment free class, learn to increase flexibility and muscle in both mind and body, which will help in other sports and areas of life.
