Babies can do yoga too? Yes! in fact, babies are natural Yogis! In this class, we'll focus on the important milestones for babies. We'll work on yoga poses to bond caregivers with babies, aid in digestion, brain development, crossing the midline and more.

Yoga for Tweens is a fun and empowering adventure! It’s more than just exercise—it’s a journey to discovering confidence, independence, and their unique voices. They’ll learn to focus, slow down, and balance life’s ups and downs in a healthy, positive way.

Get ready for a lucky adventure with our St. Patrick’s Day Yoga & Art Party, in collaboration with The Artist Corner! We’ll kick off the fun by stretching, jumping, and moving our bodies through a playful yoga session filled with leprechaun magic. Then, we’ll dive into all things leprechauns—who they are, where they hide, and how to catch one! The excitement continues as we get crafty and build our very own leprechaun traps to take home.
