This drop off class is specifically designed for ages 3–5. Children will stretch, breathe, and explore through playful yoga poses, imaginative storytelling, music, and games. We’ll move like animals, fly like superheroes, and rest like peaceful stars. Each class builds body awareness, social-emotional skills, and confidence—all while having fun! With a blend of movement, mindfulness, and relaxation, your child will gain tools they can use both on and off the mat.

Whether it's a traditional board game or a game children create together, they will strengthen both body and mind while building resilience and joy.

Energize & Flow is a dynamic, energizing yoga class designed for adults looking to build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. This 60-minute class combines fluid movements with breath synchronization to create a seamless sequence of postures that invigorates the body and calms the mind. You'll move through a series of standing, balancing, and seated poses that challenge your endurance and enhance your focus. Each flow is carefully crafted to promote cardiovascular health, improve muscle tone, and increase flexibility. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, Energize & Flow offers a balanced approach that leaves you feeling empowered, centered, and refreshed.

Yoga for Tweens is a fun and empowering adventure! It’s more than just exercise—it’s a journey to discovering confidence, independence, and their unique voices.
