This playful and engaging class is designed to help kids move their bodies, calm their minds, and build confidence, all while having fun! Through imaginative yoga poses, games, breathing exercises, and relaxation, children learn tools to manage big feelings, improve focus, and connect with themselves and others. Appropriate for ages 4 - 10
This class begins 4/13 and ends 6/22. There is no class 5/25
