With roots in contemporary dance, she brings a rich background in somatic work through extensive research on movement and contact improvisation practice. Sophie has finely crafted her expertise by completing the Hot Yoga Teacher Training Course at Hot Yoga Malta. This accomplishment led to her recognition as a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (E-RYT 200) and YACEP since 2019. In addition to being a mindfulness coach, she is certified in integrative somatic trauma therapy and is an avid student of therapeutic yoga through embodylab.
