Before transitioning into the fitness industry, Christa spent 8 years as a ballet teacher, developing a deep understanding of the human body. This background led her to pursue a career in fitness. She spent 3 yeaes in the Netherlands working as a dance teacher and fitness instructor further solidifying her passion in both arts.
She firmly believes in the transformative power of movement not only for physical health but also for mental and emotional well-being.

Denise is a qualified Yoga Teacher. Her Yoga journey began back in 2018 in Italy, and she has never stopped ever since.
Denise teaches Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga inspired by the method Body Mind Flow, a powerful method that helps you to reconnect to your breath and to your inner self thanks to the combination of asanas (yoga poses), meditation, breathinig techniques and free movement.
She also teaches Inside Flow Yoga, a style that perfectly combines asanas and breathing with music to guide you through a unique flow-like state of mind experience.
Her intention is to let students understand that practicing Yoga means to move the body consciously, being guided by the breath. She wants to spread the concept that Yoga is a never-ending journey of personal growth that starts on the mat, and continues outside of it in everyday life.

Designed to systematically work every part of your body, this class builds strength, flexibility, and balance, while promoting mental focus and detoxification. Each posture is repeated twice, allowing you to go deeper and fully reap the benefits. Whether you’re new to hot yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a consistent, challenging, and rewarding practice.
Join us twice a week to maintain peak performance.
🧘🏽♂️Jumpei is originally from Japan and is a dancer and choreographer by profession.
Following his passion for body and mind, he started experiencing bodywork therapies such as Pilates, Reiki, and Chinese massage.
At the same time, he discovered hot yoga and has been practicing since 2011 in Japan as well as Australia.
After moving to Malta, he did Hot Yoga Teacher Training Course with Hot Yoga Malta-Momosyoga and is a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher, E-RYS200, and Instructor since 2022, after having experienced 4 months internship at HotYoga Malta, he officially became part of HY Momosyoga studio team.
