Clarice is a 200-RYT who earned her certification in 2023 at One Soul Yoga. She has practiced yoga since 1990 in various locations across the globe and has attended and taught yoga retreats in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, and overseas in Greece, Costa Rica, Germany, Sweden, Austria, and Italy. Clarice is skilled in Hatha Yoga, familiar with Yin yoga, and restorative yoga. In addition, Clarice holds certification as a Master Herbalist and is interested in Holistic Health and wellness. Clarice feels that yoga and meditation have given her the framework for a healthy happy life, and she enjoys the practice and teachings of yoga. Clarice wants to offer the mobility and flexibility benefits of yoga to everyone. Aging with full mobility and flexibility is a personal goal of hers.

Join us at One Soul yoga with Clarice as we usher in the March winds with a guided meditation for the
Element of Air held on Thursday, March 12 at 7:15 pm.

Breathe in clarity, lightness, and renewal as we begin our four-part elemental meditation series with the Air Element. We will start with light and airy yoga flow, followed by a guided meditation honoring the element of air, wind and breath.

This guided meditation invites you to connect with the expansive energy of air—symbolizing the mind, breath, and spirit. Through gentle breath awareness and visualization, you’ll be guided to release mental clutter, invite inspiration, and cultivate a sense of freedom and spaciousness within.

Guided meditation offers a pathway to deep relaxation, helping calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve focus and emotional balance. By surrendering into stillness and being led through imagery and awareness practices, you’ll create space for healing, insight, and inner peace.

Come float in the stillness of your own breath and let the currents of air uplift your spirit as we begin this transformative journey through the elements.
