Description
Move with your breath in this dynamic and energizing yoga class. Active Vinyasa focuses on linking breath to movement, creating a flowing sequence of poses that strengthen the body, increase flexibility, and calm the mind. With continued movement from one pose to the next, this class builds heat, improves strength, balance, and enhances focus as you move with intention and rhythm.
Class will wind down with deep stretches and finish with a blissful Savasana to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and recharged. Whether you're looking to increase your energy and flexibility, find inner peace, or improve overall well-being, this class is the perfect way to connect mind, body, and breath.
At One Soul, we believe yoga is for everybody and you do not have to be “bendy” or “stretchy” to practice. Our studio and instructors are from a trauma-informed lineage, which means we lead classes that nurture and challenge you in a safe and non-judgmental way. Variations of poses are given in each class to make our classes accessible regardless if you are new to yoga or more experienced. Our yoga studio is intentionally free of mirrors, encouraging you to focus on how your practice feels rather than how it appears. Your mat is your personal sanctuary, a space to connect with yourself and your journey.

Lisa Carter
I’ve loved to dance for as long as I can remember. From the time I was a little girl in a tutu, I knew there was something magical about movement. It’s where I’ve always felt most alive. Through movement, we can quiet the noise, reconnect with our intuition, and rediscover a sense of freedom, joy, and aliveness that’s already there.
When I discovered Embodyed, something clicked. I loved the way it brought together the joy of dancing with the deeper gifts of movement, taking us on a journey out of our heads and into our bodies—where we can access the wisdom, intuition, feelings, and emotions that are already there, waiting to be heard. I knew I wanted to build onto my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training to bring that experience to my own community.
I also believe women are meant to gather. We become more alive when we feel connected, safe, seen, heard, valued, and understood. That’s the kind of space I want to create: one where you can move without worrying about what it looks like, experience deep joy in your body, get a little silly, and maybe discover something about yourself along the way.
I’m playful, adventurous, and drawn to experiences that feel big, bold, meaningful, and a little outside the ordinary—and I especially love experiencing them in community.
Your body has something to say. Let’s dance and listen.
Description
This class is BOGO-bring a friend free--just show up at the door. If you are new to One Soul you will need to create an account online or fill out a waiver when you arrive.
Join Lisa, a licensed EMBODYED instructor, for an evening of movement on Monday, September 21 at 6 pm at One Soul Yoga.
EMBODYED is a therapeutic dance experience created by Nikki
Norenberg and shared through a growing community of licensed
instructors.
It's designed to help you shake off what you've been carrying and
reconnect to the part of you that's been waiting to come alive.
Through fluid, expressive, full-body movement, you'll experience
the language of your body without judgment and give yourself
permission to be fully expressed and at home in your own skin.
This is where stuck energy begins to move, confidence grows
from the inside out, and you remember what it feels like to be
completely, unapologetically YOU.
No dance experience required—just an open and curious heart.

Description
Take a mid-day pause with Lunch Yoga: Stretch, a calming 40-minute class designed to release tension, increase flexibility, and restore your body. This class focuses on slow, mindful movements and deep stretches targeting large muscle groups to improve range of motion and ease tightness. At times, elements of Yin and restorative yoga will be incorporated to deepen relaxation, encourage healing, and support stress relief.
Lunch Yoga: Stretch offers numerous benefits, including improved flexibility, enhanced circulation, reduced muscle tension, better posture, and a refreshed mind. Perfect for anyone looking to unwind during the workday, this class provides the opportunity to reset your body and mind before returning to your daily routine.
The practice concludes with a soothing Savasana, allowing you to fully integrate the benefits of your practice and leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Description
You are invited to welcome in the Full Harvest Moon at One Soul with sound and ceremony on Saturday, September 26 at 8 with DeAnna. The Harvest Moon reminds us to pause and gather the fruits of what we’ve cultivated, but under the fiery energy of Aries, this moon also asks us to be brave enough to claim what is ours.
Aries brings courage, independence, passion, and the willingness to take the first step. This is a powerful time to reflect on what you’ve accomplished, recognize where you’ve grown, and ask yourself:
What am I ready to boldly move toward?
Join DeAnna for this free evening of ceremony and sound as we celebrate the abundance we’ve gathered and reconnect with the fire that moves us forward.
The vibrations of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and other healing sounds will help carry us into a deeper space of integration, grounding, and renewal.
All are welcome—come as you are and bathe in moonlight and intention. This will be held outside in our beautiful backyard, weather permitting or inside if it’s too hot or raining.

Description
Every moment offers an opportunity to begin again.
Join Michele at One Soul Yoga each Sunday evening at 5:00 pm for a nurturing meditation practice designed to help you release the stress of the week, quiet the constant chatter of the mind, and reconnect with the present moment. When faced with daily distractions and stressors, a consistent meditation practice offers a pathway back to stillness, clarity, and inner peace.
Each one-hour class will explore a variety of meditation techniques, including breath awareness, mindfulness, guided meditation and other contemplative practices. Whether you are brand new to meditation or have an established practice, you will discover accessible tools to help cultivate presence, reduce stress, improve focus, and calm the "monkey mind."
This class is less about achieving a perfectly quiet mind and more about learning to meet yourself with awareness, compassion, and curiosity—again and again.
Come as you are. Begin where you are. And remember that each breath is a chance to start fresh. No experience is necessary. All are welcome.
