Experience the profound relaxation of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice that leads you into a state of deep rest while maintaining awareness. Often called yogic sleep, this practice systematically relaxes the body, calms the nervous system, and promotes inner stillness. Through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization, you will be guided into a deeply restorative state, perfect for reducing stress, improving sleep, and enhancing overall well-being. No experience is necessary—just lie down, listen, and let go.
