Sarah Skipwith
Sarah Skipwith has had 25 years experience of Yoga practice and teaching. She trained with top international Yoga school Akasha Yoga Academy and has recently returned from an extended stay in Asia where she practiced and taught in Bali, Thailand as well as Goa and Rishikesh in India. This pilgrimage to the 'birthplace' of yoga has reinforced her firm believe that Yoga is about uniting body, breath and mind and can have a profoundly positive impact on our emotional, mental as well as our physical health - allowing us to live long, healthy lives and feel a positive connection with humanity.
Description
Sink into stillness and soften under the gentle embrace of warmth. This class combines the deep, meditative practice of Yin yoga with a comfortably heated room. Postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to open gradually, targeting the connective tissues, joints, and fascia.
The warmth helps muscles relax more deeply, enhances circulation, and encourages a greater sense of release both physically and emotionally. Perfect for balancing an active lifestyle or a strong yang practice, Warm Yin offers you time to slow down, breathe, and restore.
Leave feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply nourished.

Description
Hot Flow Yoga
Hot Flow Yoga is a dynamic, breath-led practice designed to energise the body, focus the mind, and uplift the spirit. Practised in a gently heated room, this class combines creative sequencing, flowing transitions, and strength-building postures to create a moving meditation that leaves you feeling both powerful and calm.
The warmth of the room helps to release muscular tension, increase circulation, and allow your body to move more freely and deeply into each posture. As you flow, you’ll build strength, improve balance, and enhance flexibility, while also cultivating mindfulness and awareness through steady breathwork.
Beyond the physical, Hot Flow offers powerful mental and emotional benefits. The heat and movement work together to detoxify the body, boost energy levels, and clear the mind of stress and mental clutter. Many students leave class feeling lighter, more grounded, and with an overall sense of clarity and wellbeing.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Hot Flow Yoga is accessible for all levels. Options are offered throughout the practice, giving you the freedom to explore your edge or slow down when you need to. Each class is an invitation to challenge yourself, build resilience, and reconnect with your inner calm.
Step off the mat feeling stronger, centred, and deeply revitalised.
