Shu Heru
Shu has been teaching wholistic wellness for a little over 4 years; Yoga, meditation, breathwork, energy healing modalities, and more! At 28 years old, with almost 10 years of personal meditation experience.
His Journey back to self has been a life long journey. But a very pivotal moment at 19 years old changed his life forever, he calls it nothing short of divine intervention. He was tired of where his life was and his only natural instinct one night was to just sit in a dark room in silence and close his eyes. That very moment lead him to explore his own consciousness through his own breath, leading him to look nowhere else but within.
Shu specializes in many things but offers kemetic yoga, anciently known as SMAI TAWI, to shed light on a Ancient Practice and showing people the Root of the Practice we all love- YOGA
Shu teaches from pure authenticity and personal experience, making a class session with him a truly euphoric experience for everyone involved!

Sunday Start-Up
Shu Heru | 90 minutes
Diving into Teachings of SMAI TAWI(kemetic yoga), This 90 minutes is curated fully for you to dive deeper within yourself, calibrate your energy, and remember yourself on a soul level.
Begin the week grounded, centered, light and connected to a clear intention. This extended practice gives us time to slow down, move with purpose, breathe deeply, and create a steady foundation for the days ahead.
Whatever the week brings, we can meet it strong without rushing. We can return to our breath, stay connected to ourselves, and move forward with greater calm and intention.
How you’ll feel: Grounded, focused, energized and ready for the week without already feeling behind.
