Shu has been teaching wholistic wellness for a little over 4 years; Yoga, meditation, breathwork, energy healing modalities, and more! At 28 years old, with almost 10 years of personal meditation experience.

His Journey back to self has been a life long journey. But a very pivotal moment at 19 years old changed his life forever, he calls it nothing short of divine intervention. He was tired of where his life was and his only natural instinct one night was to just sit in a dark room in silence and close his eyes. That very moment lead him to explore his own consciousness through his own breath, leading him to look nowhere else but within.

Shu specializes in many things but offers kemetic yoga, anciently known as SMAI TAWI, to shed light on a Ancient Practice and showing people the Root of the Practice we all love- YOGA
