As a nurse practitioner for over 40 years and a yoga practitioner for over 30 years, I am now developing an encore vocation bringing it all together to provide holistic care to clients as a yoga therapist. I hold Masters degrees in both Nursing (MSN) and Yoga Therapy (MS), certification through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), and have completed 500 hours of teacher training through Holy Yoga Global and the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
