These monthly intensive sessions are designed to deepen your understanding of yoga and encourage you to integrate a regular practice into your daily life, so you will enjoy the lifetime benefits that will follow. The morning starts with teacher-assisted self-practice (Mysore-style). Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll enjoy all the help you need and the support of the group energy in a beautiful, warm studio. Then, you’ll enjoy a Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation practice, with time for discussion on anything you need help with in your practice. The morning closes with a deeply relaxing guided Yoga Nidra. All you need is a genuine interest in yoga, whatever your level. You may be a seasoned practitioner, a yoga teacher, or new to the practice. Wherever you are with your yoga practice, you’ll leave Exploring Yoga feeling inspired, rejuvenated and relaxed.
